  1. It has been a very long time since I have ventured into DarkMatters, I have really missed it. After playing Sacred 2 Fallen Angel on the 360, I wanted to try my hand at the PC version. This also was quite awhile ago lol. Many games came and went and still Sacred 2 was on my mind. I have not found another game quite like Sacred 2 so I decided to succumb to the siren call that has haunted me all these years and come back here. So anyway, here I am again and it feels mighty fine.

  2. Out of interest will the dwarf CA greed make any difference when looting chests, barrels and so forth or only on mobs?

  3. Ahh, the Dwarf... I remember how exciting it was when him and the Daemon got released... those new characters were apparently so much more "dense" as a poster wrote it years ago, and were difficult to move around through the game as easily as the older ones, hence, and wouldn't u know it... a little more laggy...but their CA's and gameplay were so extraordinary... I spent so many hours on that Daemon's exploding tentacle combo, and used to trounce around the servers with many players who'd love to use the Dwarf's very useful treasure hunting skills to bring in the loot! gogo

  5. Greetings. I don't think it does or even if it does the impact is negligible. In sacred gold, the contents from chests, barrels, cabinets etc. are mostly limited to gold, potions and sometimes low level equipment. On rare occasions, you may also find books or icons. While generated randomly, these contents are often predetermined as you approach the container; that is to say, you can't change the outcome via q-save/load. I don't know much about "Greed" but if it works in the same vein as "chances to find special items" aka "Magic Find" then you won't see much difference as I've a few chars with (relatively)high MF but yet to see high level unique items falling from crates/barrels! As such, your best bet is to find some high level baddies and put both your hammer and greed to good use Enjoy your time in Ancaria!

  6. Hey all,I appear to be asking a lot of questions lately so please be patient with me as I am fairly new to sacred gold ,having decided to use this build for my melee toon I would like some advice on how many runes to use on each of his CAs,this seems to be the main part of the game I struggle with at the moment, learning to get the correct balance.

  7. Wow really! Has it always been like that? I've been playing Sacred 2 for so many years and I just always assumed the selling price stat affected all items. Oh well, you learn something new everyday. Thanks for the reply.

  8. Greetings. There's no bug. "Selling Price" only applies to the item on which the modifier appears. It's the king of the useless modifiers.
