Cant travel to new lands

It turns out my mouse wasn't scrolling the map correctly so I couldn't see the entire map, thanks for the welcome and the help. -
I recently bought the Ice and Blood expansion and have went to the port in Thylysium to reach the new lands as instructed, but the map didn't show any options to travel anywhere, has anyone else had this problem or know something I don't about getting there ?
