Yeah, who are you? j/k
I've seen you about on the boards now and again, and one of your planets is near me in G5. In fact, if I remember correctly, I may have even sent my welcome wagons over to say "Hi!" once.
Well, welcome to Dark Matters.

He seems to come online around 17:00-18:00 and be online for a few hours. He is often online around 04:00, but does not seem to normally be around between 12:00-16:00. I noticed when I hit his RIP that a * came up on his main planet (1:496:10) when he came online.
I hit him at 04:45 today and he came online around 05:30. Last time I hit him around 17:00 and he was online. I hit him the first time around 14:00 and he was not online for several more hours. This week he probed me at 20:24 and 11:26.

good one
trying to make him made and then just ninja him ?
Yeah, looks like he is concerned about that. There is nothing to speak of on my G8 planets. Not even enough between them to get a decent moonchance. He didn't even bother to probe my moons, 'cause he would either have to send a major portion of his fleet for a ton of deut, or I would probably crush him.
-
Well, I got a little bored and thought "I wonder who has too much res?" Of course, Sphenodon immediately came to mind. I have been probed by Sphenodon or Urkhai, or both, every day since I got back from (v) mode, but nothing in the last day or so. Well, I figured I'd see if I could get their attention . . .

The RIPs once again earned their keep. I saw this guy's fleet a system away from my G1 moons, but the defenses made a conventional attack unprofitable. However, I saw a couple hundred K of deuterium on his moon, so I yoinked it last night. I checked this morning, and no reaction. So when my R.I.P.s returned, I jumpgated them over and sent them on their way. As noted, he already had a moon. That is two RIP moons on players with moons in 24 hours. Heh.
As an amusing side note, his planet is named "Swift Death." I thought it ironic, as his is going to be slow and torturous.

RIPs are off to smack a CSM turtle in G1. With luck I'll get a HoF out of it in about an hour and change. "Those defenses won't save you, n00b."

Hmmmm, a difficult call. I always posted ninjas in the hopes that people would think twice about attacking me. This has been a fairly successful strategy. After my last double attack on Sphenodon (of 5 total: 5% 14% 20% RIP kill, 9%, 5%) he attacked my only un-mooned colonies for a loss. He didn't even probe my moons.
Of course, this does limit, to some extent, future ninja possibilities. But some people take it as a challenge. A number of top players scanned my planets/moons during the SoS Wars after I posted my 5th ninja. It is certainly a good way to show what you're made of, get respect, show off your fleet. Up to you, just my thoughts.
