  1. lol, this post actually encouraged me to give Chrome another chance, I might try testing a few things out to see if it's really worth it. I just found out you can type in any equation in the address field and it will give you the answer. Only if this was around during my school days it would have been a time saver.
  2. Interesting looking device, I wonder how I never heard about it. How much was it for?
  3. Wow, that is quite some history and it is great that you guys documented everything. It really makes being here that extra great. lol, will definitely do - was thinking about ideating something down and having a developer have a go at it. But wasn't sure how much it might cost or if it would be possible to find someone interested in developing it this early. Dragon Brother just to let you in on the rumor going around the phone scene these days. <-- iPhone users (somewhat happy) <-- BlackBerry users (jubilant beyond comprehension) lol
  4. lol, thanks guys Dragon Brother this is the time to get into the BlackBerry scene. A lot of people are either Iphone or Android users but BlackBerry is the one to switch to.
  5. Thanks gogo, this is a really great site you have going here. How long have you been working on it? lol, I agree
  6. I share the same sentiment, thankfully there is a way to get image information (dimension, size, etc) Getting Image Information in Chrome If you enable resource tracking you can see the image size 1. Right click -> Inspect element -> Resources tab 2. From the "Resource" tab select "Images" and on the left hand side you will see a list of all the image files. If you click any it will give you the image information.

I think there is a service or program (forgot the name) which automatically downloads new driver update for hardware. It works like the automatic update in Windows, except with this program you can set which hardware/software updates you want it to look for. Will reply back with the name once I find it.
  8. Not sure if this is really a secret but when downloading 10 or more files which can affect browsing speed. Chrome is the weapon of choice - for some great reason it is able to quickly render pages without any lag or poor speed.
  9. Hello everybody, this PBB from the playbookboards - I saw the title of the site in gogoblender's signature on a another site. I decided to take a quick peak and immediately liked what I saw. So I thought why not I just join and get to know everybody here as well. About me, I have just started a new forum project dedicated to the soon to be released BlackBerry PlayBook. The journey has been good so far, I'm learning new things about launching a forum from scratch and loving the experience. I hope to find some BlackBerry PlayBook or simply technology enthusiasts here to exchange and share with. To see the progress of my forum go to www.playbookboards.com
