  1. Is because I am planning the build that I will use, I have downloaded the clear characters from this site and they are at level 200, but I think that only counts on multiplayer games, so for single player I need count with less level. I only have finished the campaign in bronze by completing all quests and exploring, reaching level 50. I’m planning to repeat the same in all difficulties. So if the maximum level expected is 170, 150, 100... the election and distribution of the abilities will change. I’m only seeking a balanced character to enjoy in most situations of the rich world of Ancaria.
  2. So is not possible, is not too bad but it would be nice to have something to do during a break in those beautiful towns of Ancaria. And that is funny that high elf animation haha! But I think I remember as part of her idle animation.
  3. I never played in multiplayer this game so I completely missed it, thank you for the advice. This works fine to me! So, what is a reasonable level to plan a single player build? Mainly I am planning to make quests, the campaign and all secondary ones, in the process I will kill most of the creatures but only in the areas involved, not going further only to kill.
  4. In some games with multiplayer options you can type “/dance” or “/cheer” in the chat window and your character will play these animations. Is there a way to do this in Sacred 2?
  5. I want to test a build against the highest creatures but I haven’t ended a game in niobium difficulty, so I need to reach the last niobium portal with a blank character (which I downloaded from this site). Is there a way to do that without travel all over the world? Also I have a question related, I know that in multiplayer games leveling is more easy, but is it possible to reach level 200 only by doing all the quests of all difficulty levels in single player?
  6. I have the Sacred 2 Gold v2.65.2 with the Community Patch, and I just test your first setting by changing the default number from “600” to “5000” as follows: “RangeClearFOW = 5000” and, as you said, the gray areas turned in color in an increased radius, and also shown shrines, portals, quest targets, and all interactive objects. I think in this version really works...
  7. Thank you, that's what I thought but it feels good a confirmation. I think this mode shouldn’t be an irreversible option in the character creation screen, it seems to me more like a combat choice, but the character editor you showed me in the other thread allows to change the Expert Touch so I might experiment more often with that. My combos are similar, except that I prefer my main attack starting with Assailing Somersault to jump near them attacking more quickly, for crowd control I use Flaring Nova in first place with the chance to stun and slows enemies, that maintain them more time inside the pillar :] and I prefer Archangel’s Wrath in a single shot for long range defense.
  8. My version is “Sacred 2 gold v2.65.2” and I have been searching the download section of this site but I don’t found any character editor. Did you have any character editor, what do you recommend and where can I download it? And finally, it is safe to use a 2.65.2 editor with the Community Patch or I need to uninstall it first?
  9. Recently I reinstalled Sacred 2 in my new computer and I was amazed again by this rich, wonderful and huge game! I am planning to play a hard seraphim from scratch and I remembered that on the character creation screen I never understood well the function “Expert Touch”. I understand that it replenishes one aspect at the cost of the others and I consider myself almost an expert about the seraphim, so I want to play using all aspects: warrior, magic and technology as well. But I think the Expert Touch is not enough good for a multi role character, right?
  10. Thanks! With these characters I was able to test many builds. :]
  11. The Seraphim is my favorite character, almost the only I played because I like paladins and she is the closest to that class. She is too good to be true! she can wear almost all armors, wield almost all weapons and she can learn the three of the game styles: melee, magic and technology. Finally, the Seraphim is the soul of this game. The only thing that I had to change by editing is to take away some makeup because she had too much makeup! Anyway I like too much her style and her authority in the Ancarian society!
  12. More immersion -Less make up to the characters. I only played as a Seraphim, and her make up has too much contrast, (red nails, shoes with heels), I like her sexy style, but she can combine her clotches with more good pleasure... -Less heavy metal soundtracks. Everybody likes epic music, but less people likes heavy metal music (to me, neither like or dislike, but after a time it can generate some mental fatigue). -And please... no references to the current and modern world, that breaks the immersion. (I cannot believe that there were ten minutes of a heavy metal show, but the animation of the game's end was so insipid).
  13. Dungen Siege II has the same system "the more you do; the more you have", and it encourages bad behabiours also. IE: If you want to be an expert with sword, you won't want to use occasionally bows or spells, never. I was reading about the new Diablo III runic system, and you wil be able to respec every time you wish, this encourages you to constantly experiment new builds, without necessity of keeping points.
  14. I played Elder Scrolls IV and this is the worst XP system that I ever seen. First of all, it encourages annoying behaviors, as allways going running and jumping to boost those skills. Second, this system looks designed to do the opposed of your character type, ie: if you will play as a warrior (blade + block + armor, etc), you need to create a magician, to boost slowly your level, and that the creatures comes in low level. Third of all, this system suks in all different ways, since you are constantly watching over to not exceed certain skills.
  15. Hello, what I want for Sacred 3 is a more 'traditional' repertorioe of characters; because the character selection in Sacred 2 was a little bizarre with that fighter undead, and the inquisitor. I like especially the Great Seraphim (as the paladin), the Sacred 1 Elf (as the archer), the Sacred 2 Elf (as the magician), the Sacred 1 Gladiator (as the fighter), the Sacred 1 dark elf (as the assassin), the Sacred 1 vampire (as a dark knight), and you can put Dwarfs, Dryads, Succubus, Orcs... the traditional mythological vault is huge and full of great stereotypes.
