I think it's about time for me to start playing online... But where? As far as I'm aware, I'm on the EU servers, but the people who post on here play (I assume) on the US servers. Is there any way for me to get onto these servers? I also find that there is a somewhat lack of players on the EU servers!

I am underground, in the section after the human outpost under the dragon isles... there is nothing when I hold down the alt key either... I'm not fussed about finishing the quest, I just want wanton or whatever his name is off my back because he's annoying me!

This may just be me being a muppet, but when you talk about the modding of weapons and armour, I'm assuming you are talking about the forging of rings/amulets etc into an item. Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?!

As you've guessed, I'm having an issue with this quest. I have the followers, and I'm expected to find some sort of evidence, but when I go to where the silver marker is, I can't get down as it's at the bottom of a steep hill and there is no updated information. Am I the only one having this problem or is it a glitch?

The system I'm running is an Intel core duo @ 2.66GHz, with 2Gb RAM, NVIDIA 8600GT card, and as for the S/C I don't know, just the one that came with the PC. I have tried turning all the settings down to minimum, and turning all the extra's off, but it didn't work. I have had the problem occasionally with other games since it first appeared, but never so frequently as with Sacred, most notably with Company of Heroes....

Hmmm... I figured I'd give it a try this morning, after the computer has had some down-time... and it seems to (touch wood, fingers crossed etc!) be working. Thus I'm leaning towards probably a heat related issue... @gial Thanks for the options, but as I said, I've never had an issue with it before and my drivers are up to date so the system related reasons shouldn't come into it... As for Vista, well, thats another story Edit: It's now not working again so gonna try rolling back to 2.40 and see what happens...

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on a recent problem I have encountered whilst running about Ancaria... I've had no problems recently and was happily playing away when all of a sudden the screen froze and sound became stuck in a loop. It seemed as if the graphics driver had "stopped working properly". I left it, but to no avail, and so restarted my computer. I now can't be in-game (including at the menus) for more than a minute before the same happens. It's getting really frustrating, as I have done everything I can think of, including uninstalling and revoking the game, before reinstalling and re-updating it. I have the most up to date drivers for my system, and as I said, have had no real problems prior to this as my system is more than up to the task.

I ran into the same problems you described. I found it was because of my graphics chip overheating and then playing havoc with the rest of the internals as it fries them! If you download something like the NVIDIA nTune package (I think that's what it's called) and then boost the speed of your fan, maybe that will help. It sorted mine out.

I was just wondering about this... It didn't seem right to add this into the topic I took it from and couldn't find any other reference to it in the forums. What are these item mods and how do you get them/activate/use them? There was no mention of this on the EP page of sacredwiki either. Any information would be great Cheers, Rich

I just already have a SW at lvl50 and don't really fancy going through it all again, nor being part of the majority! What do you mean by BFG Seraphim? Is that using the BeeEffGee CA? Rich

Just looking for some thoughts.... As the topic says, I'm looking to start a new HC character, either SP or MP, but don't really know what class of build to go for. Any ideas on successful class builds (that aren't SW) that work in HC or is it just a preference thing? Cheers guys Rich

I've finally done it! Whoop! I had to go back and romp around the map until I got a decent magic pearl and Lava chunk which I then forged into my items. Then he died fairly quickly to my nice double headed axe I really underestimated the effectiveness of forging items into weapons. Until now I've just used blacksmith items (whet/enhance etc) but now shan't be selling all my magic forgery items... Thanks for all the help though, it was all very useful. Rich

Predominantly the Death Warrior aspect, but I dabble in all of them. How do you get your CAs to regen that fast!! It is a nice video by the way
