Can anybody help me out? Im focusing on the Revered Technology aspect but im not sure what type of character I should make, ranged or melee? Which is recommended? thanks.

whats the difference between closed and open net?

US version I just downloaded it off of steam

I dont know maybe im doing this wrong but every time I check the lobbies(singleplayer coop and open net) it only shows my character and game. Am I doing something wrong or is there nobody playing? thanks.
