I have the Steam version of Sacred 2 Gold. I have also applied the community patch v1.4xx that was posted and I too have scanned with MS Security Essentials/Spybot/Malwarebytes without any errors. It could be a false positive or the person/persons having this issue have been comprimised and infected with malware already, maybe a DNS redirector ?
