Haha, awesome hit Ike, so glad to see you finally pulled this one off. Guess that no matter how impossible something looks in ogame you can rest assure that ike will find a way to accomplish that task. You really need to post this on the oboard as soon as possible. @Erling loooool I swear that was what I was barely holding myself from doing while he was barking at me and I would have done it if the owner wouldn't have been what we like to call a 2x2 (meters) guy. It's not like I hate animals or anything, it's just that those annoying aggressive pseudo dogs. >_<

I really do! You know the type that are less than 20cm tall (which you can barely call a dog) yet are incredibly stupid and bark at everything no matter how many times that thing is bigger than them? So, I was heading home today, and right before the entrance in my building there's an alley about 40-50m long and 1m wide. On one side there's the building and on the other side there's a fence with foliage (and snow atm) behind it. As I was walking I get about halfway through on this alley and suddenly there's this joke of a dog in front of me barking furiously. >_< As such I am faced with a dilema, if I continue walking the dog is going to be retarded enough to try and bite me, sure the chance of actually injuring me are low, but he might ruin my pants. A nice kick in the head would have clearly solved the issue (I was wearing some pretty solid boots), however the owner was at the beginnig of the alley yelling at the dog to stop and at me "don't worry he won't bite", right, like I was going to believe that. So what to do? The dog refuses to move, the owner refuses to come and get his dog and aggressing the dog would clearly cause me some troubles from the owner. So the only choice I have is to walk back (facing the dog every couple of steps since he was retarded enough to try and attack me every time I faced a different direction) and go home another route around the foliage which is about 200m longer. As for the owner there was no apology for him, he was too busy to get his dog, which was now in the snow and refusing to come out. >_< In short, I hate small dogs and their owners.

What can I say Schot, you're a freak! Though in a good way and we like you for that. That really is an awesome project you did there, totally new and unique. A work of art in itself. I congratulate you on your devotion, patience and hard work. So what hellishly long and time-demanding project should we assign you to now that you have finished this?

And thus another great thread starts hehe. I gotta admit I've been watching the previous thread from the shadows with great interest as Civilization is probably my favourite game. Sadly due to holidays and exams now I have no time to join in on the fun, but who knows, I might when I finally get more free time. (p.s. I'd probably move the settler )

Well I usually start missing old games quite often. but I have a really good solution to solving that problem, I install them and I play them. For example now I'm playing Conquest of the new world, a really cool strategy game in which you have to colonize the new world (d'oh). Before that I re-played Jagged Alliance 2 Wildfire and before that I played The Settlers II 10th Anniversary, which is the original Settlers II with enhanced 3D graphics. Other than that there are games that I like to replay quite often, such as Panzer General (the first one), Civilization (again the first one, though I play more recent ones as well), Railroad Tycoon 2 etc. Most of them are strategic games as you can see, but there is something else that I miss, good adventure games. Nowadays they just don't make good adventure games like Monkey Island, Indiana Jones, Sam & Max, the first two Broken Sword games, etc. It's really sad to see them fade away due to eye-catching action games that have no plot whatsoever.
