Cyclops: I recall having been to Negros and Manila, but I've been to a few towns here and there on the same island as Negros.

Some free phpBB hosts I can think off off-hand that are worth checking out are Jconserv and ForumUp. There's also Exocrew, but I'm not sure if they're offering free hosting anymore.
