Oh dear - I am not sure I wanted to know that!! I can remember the day it opened so clearly. I was at a new job. Incendareous had called me the day before and told me to be ready at 11 am to register for some game I had never heard of. I got a call at 11 - 'Now! Now! Uni 9 is open!'. lol - My life has never been the same I have often wondered if I should thank Inc for that - or shoot him - not sure I will ever know the answer to that 6th October 2005. Well - This of course has zero to do with me Buuuut ... I can unequivocally say Borg is no PAWNZ spy ( he is obviously tight with Ban Dana - and I am not sure what the score is there ) - and has a solid character in my humble opinion - He is also a nice guy who is active in posts and forums. As for the lack of trust towards PAWNZ members - in all fairness that is probably prudent. Most people are aware - and I have been through this before - I will / have not ever betrayed D.A.R.K or it's members - and all PAWNZ know better than to ask me anything of the kind. An example is Nish's hit on DARK recently ( the accidental phalanx hit - oh please ) - he told me straight after the hit - and I was angry - but I respect his right to do such hits. Anyway - nothing to do with me as I said - just my 2 cents - Another thing to remember regarding PAWNZ - I am always willing to assist - if you are having problems - let me know - I can usually help

Ok - I loaded it because I was bored when I stumbled across it the other day - It would not even open my Hotmail - just hung - It has a 'emulate IE 7' button - which I used - but same result. I never use IE anyway except for Windows updates etc - What did give me a chuckle was the main new feature they seemed to push was something firefox has had for as long as I can remember. The ability to drag links to the tab bar. I would stay away. I won't experiment further. I should know better - lol

Well all is sorted now - My rank is back to normal, and all is well. It was huge sigh of relief and things are a little clearer now. Here is how it panned out. I had basicly given up - then along came Kiki - who contacted Cassasndra for me, and orginised me to speak with her in IRC. Cassandra - as I have said - was amazing. Listened to what I had to say, and for the first time since this began, I felt something may happen. It was a heady feeling after so much frustration. I now know Cassandra contacted a friend of hers, Koop ( a CoMa ) - with my concerns. At rougly the same time - I called Germany from Australia, and spoke to another CoMa, WeTeHa - who was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after I was unbanned. So to Kiki, Cassandra, Koop and WeTeHa - A very big and heartfelt thankyou. I would also like to again thank all of you. This thread has made the whole ordeal a lot more bearable. Knowing I had support out there was important, and what support I had. Many, many good wishes and messages, people changing planet names etc, offers of money to pay, the list goes on. I try to walk away from things with being negitive. At times this was a challange, but I bear no hard feelings. The main problem for me was the lack of any kind of imformation, and the incredibly slow responses. Everytime I recieved any emails, it was simply a paste from the FAQ section of Game Pays website. Stuff anyone can read. I still do not know what actually happened, and so can take no steps to make sure it wont happen again. Even when more money was demanded, there was no information on where or how to pay it. Maybe these things could be looked at in some way. Anyway, for me it is now over. WoooTa. Today I had very high hopes for a resolution: Cassandra had contacted someone - a COMA, and I had submitted a response with another copy of the confirmation, that they had not responded too. But I also decided that Paypal was probably the only option to save the account in time. The daily stress has been to much, and as suggested here, I could sort it out at a later date. I attempted to do this, but was infuriated to find I couldn't - as there was no valid information supplied to do so. That was it. I grabbed my mobile, and called Game pay directly. Of course - there was only an answering machine - with an option to leave a message. Stfu I thought, and then called GameForge directly. To my amazement I was put through to a REAL PERSON!! I did not get his name - but he was very friendly and helpful, took all my details, and promised he would contact the billing team to investigate, and then contact me personally. Forty minutes later I received the following email. Hello Anestty, We could find the problem and resolved it. Best regards, xxxx xxxxx Gamepay-Support-Team I am stunned - but note that I am still banned - and I am hoping the next update perhaps will be unbanned. ( I only received the email less than ten minutes ago ) So I still do not know what went wrong, or what exactly resolved it. But I will post again when I am in fact unbanned. To say I am overwhelmed by the support shown here and elsewhere is a massive understatement. I want to publicly thank you all, Ike - Gogo - My alliance who have been simply amazing, and big thanks to Nishroy, all the posters in this thread, and especially Cassandra. EDIT: Un banned - at last ( I am in nOOb protection which is mildly amusing ) and my rank and points are completely random - but I am sure that will sort itself out. Big thanks to Incendareous, would have been hard without your support dude - Again - I cannot thank you all enough. The community here is something special. Cassandra has taken up my cause - and will hopefully work some magic - Today I checked with my bank - and they confirmed the amount received as 15.22 Euro - the correct amount. As for Pay Pal - I opened an account for this purpose - but the time it takes to verify does not match the time frame I have. They have taken so long to respond in any way - The account will be deleted pretty soon - hence the urgency. There claims appear to be total nonsense, I still have been told no reason for being banned in the first place, and there responses are either incompetent or worse - malicious. This has been noted by others. After this mornings anguish, I now have some hope. Watch this space PS - Thanks Gogo for your kind words on msn

Well - that being the case - They have won - I am not going through this stress any further - and the cost of over $100 is something I have never considered paying for Ogame. Who would have thought after nearly 3 years of game play - I would be perma banned - So there goes the rank 18 account. Simply for buying commander on the account. Very sad state of affairs. Thanks for everyones help - It's very appreciated.

Since you transfered the money from a foreign country it\'s possible that you had to pay bank charges for the transfer. There is still a remaining amount of 12€ that has to get paid and please keep in mind that there might be new charges for that transfer. Best regards,' Now ok - pls look at this - and tell me - please - someone tell me what I do now. The fee cost it to send the 15.22 Eur was 32.00 AUD - as is clearly shown as well a receipt, and the amount sent - I think I may be losing this account - and I can't seem to do anything about it
