All I know is that when Halo 3 was release the first thing people started bitching about was what happen to the Clans... Bungie posted something in one of their weekly update saying that Microsoft told them to remove the feature... And then a bunch rumors started floating around that MS was going to offer a Clan system through the Dash board. That obviously never happened.

When you start on the Free mode, the game places you on an island with a bunch of portals. None of which are labeled. I went through one last night an immediately got my ass handed to me. So does anyone know how to tell which portal goes where?

For what ever reason Microsoft has not allowed official in games clans on 360 like the they did with the Xbox. That's not to say you can not run your own but they've definitely taking a major step back from what was offered in Halo 2.

Oh ok, so I guess it a bar is half yellow half red you are getting physical and fire damage?

Being a complete n00b as well I have few questions that I'm sure you guys could answer. 1. What are Buffs I see that list by certain skills and items 2. When I go to details on an Item it has a bar that is sometimes all yellow or half yellow and red or even Blue. What does all that mean? 3. Can I move my Bronze character to the Silver, or do I have to start over again?

Did you trying clearing your 360's cache? That seemed to always fix oblivion freezes for me. Go to the system blade and then select memory. Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a messsage will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?
