  1. As I wrote, it most probably is the result of a broken save after transition between different mods, or a fair warning : "do not paly as SW" Still I have no random crashes in this game and if anyone has, the most probably reason for it : incompatibility of an old game code with modern software/hardware

Have no time to play for a whole day, however I'm playing for 1-5 hours without crashes at all eversince I started using community patch(well, actually, there is one specific place where game constantly crashes but it obviously has nothing to do with memory leaks). I'm using elite textures, , EE(it has its own super elite textures), and, attention, original physics dll with tons of particles(you can read at many places on this forum, that old physics dll is super buggy, laggy and prone for constant crashes), and yet my gameplay experience is super reliable : top of the stablest games in my library. I have a problem with my shadow warrior being frozen in the place after playing for some time, but: 1)game does not crash, I can't control my character, but I can teleport him, exit to menu, reload and continue palying 2)this character save have undergone unpatched version , patched and patch fix and every version of EE, so I can't blame game code itself here Regarding topic case, I am to blame either win11 or, maybe, ssd drivers, or, perhaps, both
  3. In that case new Windows does care about your health - warming up is due every hour!

You PC is overpowered for Sacred 2, everything is processing so fast that Sacred 2 could not keep pace with Seriously, win 7 is optimal for old games, even win 10 introduced some small problems for me(like I need to run it as admin now, otherwise some creepy server errors) You cant even run on win10 some games like Vampire: The Masquerade( without fan-made patch, at least) It was true during game release, I was stunned seeing frozen screen, after transition from S1 to Sacred 2 Now, only CPU can be a weak spot(if AMD card used and non-patched physics)

  6. Well, imho, original art design is superb, it has its own unique style - iwould call it anime-like and sunny day with no clouds. Many people complain that colors are unnatural, toxic and bright. Well the grass is looking exactly like it should under bright sun(the problem there is no sun in game and proper shading but thats another story) This mod I would call rainy/cloudy day. Its very cool, but for me it is somewhat off the general game art style, for ex. jungle region are not looking like savannah anymore Well, all my rantling is about that pink flowers were introduced specifically to be in tone with brigh sun/anime art style. For your mod red are more proper, naturally looking and just justhands down. Imho, this mod is ideal for Diablo Fallen, since diablo 2 art theme was nighty and rainy...
  7. Yeah, I have noticed only because my character suddendly got an unnaturally fast level-up Another question: is it possible to make NPC Huntress in "Priest Ordination" invulnerable to damage? My melee character was surrounded by small spiders and quest had been failed before the target place was even reached
  8. Is it me or the experience for Fury (bird-like monster near Ice Hydra cave) normal(not super) version is x10(so it's almost the same as for the super version) ?
  9. Actually, for SW Sword Weapons skill are probably the best choice, not because of the swords, but thanks to "Community Patch makes this attribute increase the damage dealt by Lightsabers."
  10. yeah, just while I am having an imagination that it was really fixed, or, maybe, I have just confused which bosses were killed already and which not I just wanted to convince myself that it is not some sort of a bad installation result.

  12. You won't find it in description, but after installing this mod, you will find yourself as a proud owner of sacred 2 HD Edition! Surprise, surprise! To see difference clearly, just visit any ice and blood region(the cursed forest, preferably)

Many modders are trying to go in the reversal direction, they do,however, not consider 2 facts: 1) if several pictures will be looking like 1st one and all others still remain like the third - it will be like having milk with pickles for a dessert 2) most of artist can draw a more realistic picture than, say "Portrait of Madame Ginoux", still nobody will appreciate swapping one of their picture with a Van Gogh's in a museum So, it's a good thing that you was able to get rid of unintended artifacts and your new retex is closer to the original

Actually, in this particular case there is no choice The style is defined by art designers from the developer team and should be followed by in most scenarios Mods like "realistic grass", could end up in a "realistic roads, realistic water, realistic skin, realistic buildings, realistic weapons, realistic trees, realistic sky" and completely unrealistic skyrim

  21. Fantastic! But since it's a normal map to blame, I wonder was this ai able to manage correctly normal maps in other cases?!

I did not notice any impact on the performance and on occasion I still can notice the difference(decors above the doors, etc.), so I am keeping elite on, but, actually yes, I do not see any huge jump in the quality between original and expansion(in theory it should be noticeable, since there is no elite textures for ice& blood), well, poor dragon mage is an exception
  23. P.S. : in this game we are watching our characters from a great distance, so texture resolution is not that very important. I have recently started to play total war warhammer 2 and my first impression was "wow, what a graphics!", but after playing for some time, I have noticed that most of the time, I actually don't see all that coolness due to the distance of my point of the view and, practically, the game is looking like total war medieval 1(released in 2002 y.)

Sadly, there are still many upscaling artifacts, while first 2 shields have changed awesomely, the fourth shield is looking even worse than original : it has lost it's volume, looking flat and very artificial About dragon mage, well, I dunno, the AA of a modern card is doing all the necessary work:
