I'm consitently having trouble with combos for my Seraphim, actually. My main combo is (with one point of combat discipline) Radiant Pillar, Pelting Strikes and Soul Hammer. seraphim's currently in the high teens level wise. When fighting little guys that die during the pelting strikes, no problem. But in a large (8-10 guys) mob or a mob of skeletons or kobolds with a champion, two strange things happen: first, when it comes time to execute the soul hammer, the timer for the combo regeneration resets (I can see the timer icon getting close to filled, then it goes back to empty and starts to fill again as soon as the soul hammer animation and sound effect starts); second, when I finally get to do the combo again the pelting strikes often doesn't go off (that is, she fires a Pillar and does a Soul Hammer, then looks around stupidly at monsters that are still whacking her).
I never had any trouble with a radiant pillar/pelting strikes combo before boosting combat discipline. Is CD broken? Are combos borked? Am I doing something wrong by having two CAs from the same aspect back-to-back in my combo?
I thought maybe it was serverside lag or something, but this morning I built the same seraphim single player and the exact same problems happen...
