I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now everything is fine again. but I would still love to know how the hell that happend...

they are not there. but other npcs still are, like quest givers and all the other non relevant npcs.

Basically the title says it all. im playing on the latest community patch + the enhanched mod and everything has been going fine until yesterday. because I dont know exactly what happend but at some point after switching through a couple character I couldnt find any merchants etc. anymore. I turned off the mod, I switched character, I created new ones and I restarted my pc but they are all gone. except the runemaster and blacksmith at the beginning that you "unlock" throug the quests...
