I cleared the Cursed Forest, and I did get a couple of armor set pieces that were duplicates of ones I already had, so I tried a few of the bosses. I killed the Raging Boar and the White Griffin, who didn't drop any set pieces. Something I read in another forum said that you don't get very good gear when playing at Bronze difficulty, which is the difficulty I've played at for the last few weeks. I really didn't want to switch difficulties and lose all of my progress, but I went ahead and switched to silver difficulty to see if that gives any better drops than bronze. My Exalted Warrior Seraphim is level 39 and looking for the Niokaste or Genesis Siderea armor sets. Btw, I'm playing the Sacred 2 Gold PC version of the game from gog.com, with the CM Patch 1.6 installed as well.

Where do I find the guardians, griffin , boar, and cursed forest chain? I’m on my first play through , level 35 in the desert part if the main quest, and I haven’t seen any of these areas or creatures.

Are there guides on where to find different damage socket items? Over been looking for the ice crystal for a few days. The enemies aren’t dropping them and no merchant/smith:/other selling them. I’m in the desert at level 33 right now.

You did! I didn't even notice the crossed swords and shield icon on the badge. this is a great, wiki-grade answer to my question. I've started caring a bit more about what type of damage my weapons and socketed items produce now that I understand how to tell what my enemies vulnerabilities are. What I've done up to now ( level 26 exalted warrior Seraphim, is have a combination of ice/fire/poison/physical ( I haven't done anything with magic yet) damage to have all of my bases covered. I'm weilding a fire sword, and ice sword, and a poison bow at the moment, for example. I might make weapon sets that I can switch between depending on my enemies weaknesses. I travel all over the map so have a multi-purpose set is still useful. thx again to everyone who replied. I still have a lot to learn, but this thread was a big step up for my knowledge.

I arrived here looking to answer the same question, and then some! In the image, the top bar is yellow - is that their attack damage type? Next is the mob's name "Ambul" Below is a mysterious "-Energy-" I don't know what that is about. At the bottom is a 3 colored bar - yellow, dark blue, and light blue(cyan?) . Is that their armor type? ie they can resist physical, magic, and cold damage, but they are susceptible to fire and poison? The Red background is their health bar. And finally, there might also be some meaning in that their name is in white font?

I had the same issue with Windows 10. In my case , Windows 10 UAC would not let the local game server (s2gs.exe) start , so the game could not initialize. Some work arounds are 1) Run Game as admin. Easy and secure. 2) Disable UAC. Not as easy, and lowers security of you system. I chose 2 so that I could stream the game using the Steam in-home streaming feature. Since steam service doesn't run as admin, it cannot access the game that is running as admin. If that makes sense.

Yep. With your link plus the interactive map of Ancaria on the sacred wiki site, I think that I can find my way . My Seph is level 15 so hopefully I'm not too low of a level for the quest. I have a Charger horse that, so far, can outrun enemies, which helps. I was trying to find the Orcish byway was at a tavern pretty far East of Griffinborough. I was definitely going the wrong way! thx.

is there a map of this quest? The map link on the first post is broken, I have Dragon Maw revealed on map but not the rest of the path , ie where is Black Oaks?

I just ran into this in the Old Friends quest. Is there a console command to make him killable? I’m at the point where he betrays me and I’ve killed all of his friends. I can’t hurt him so I cannot finish the quest.
