Well I have 64bit windows 7 and like I posted earlier, no issues with it.

Well I havent had any issues either. Although I think I had sacred 2 on a separate partition which after I installed windows 7 didnt work so I deleted it and reinstalled it without any issues.

I dont know...with my high elf I dont have any sort of ice damage anywhere yet this is the only effect I can get to appear. Its all magic damage for me and this is all I see...so id say it has to be weaken.

Theres a bit of info here that may help: Nether_Allegiance. I dont think that deathblow works with them because you arent the one dealing the damage, however its a pretty simple test.
