  1. First off, I'm on 360 so this my not apply. I did a post in the pinned bugs/glitch section with regards to local coop trading. 1. The why: even though you're playing local coop, it requires you to be connected to the net to trade; and it saves during all trades. Hence if your net cuts out during trading you get hit with the "your saved game has been manipulated" 2. from my experience this affects all your saved games/characters once it has happened. 3. the fix on the 360 is to move your profile or "gamertag" to a memory card, then back to the hard drive; or to simpy re-download your gamertag from xblive... as in recover gamertag. The fix had nothing to do with moving saved game data; only your gamertag. Not sure how this would apply to the PS3 because I don't own one, but hopefully it's a simular solution. Good luck^^
  2. yea only the host actually progresses in couch coop campaign. when I game with a friend we switch it up once in awhile to keep us both on track.
  3. I don't usually worry about it. the earliest I've moved on from silver is level 25; had no issues in gold level.
  4. I've been playing with my buddy who bought the game before I did; we started campaign coop'ing with a 33 level gap. I tried joining his game but I would just die every 2 seconds, so now I host and it works not bad. He stills does most of the work but it's safe enough I can join in the fighting; ..his xp is crud most of the time, but it's helping me catch up quick.
  5. LOCAL COOP TRADING on the Xbox 360; "Your saved game has been manipulated." Seen a few people post about this earlier, but no one posted a solution. I played for 2 weeks not being able to trade with my friend who was gaming right next to me til today... To get rid of the " Your saved game has been manipulated. " while trading garbage, just transfer your profile to a memory card then back to the hard drive. That fixed it for us. I imagine that recovering your gamertag from xbl might also fix it, if you have no memory card. Hope this helps some of you. I know it frustrated the crap out of me.
