I noticed thay while in the combat state, whenever I press shift, my toon does some defensive/dodging animation. I tried collecting some wolves and pressing shift nonstop actually helps in dodging auto attacks. Or it's just me? My question is, is holding the shift key doing something or its just merely there for the sake of animation. Also, are there other keys that has an animation binded to it?

Hi again! I was now able to purchase a cheap laptop for myself after 8 years xD I reinstalled Sacred gold and I also have fraps. I noticed that the game is max capped at 40fps super zoomed and half zoomed. And at max zoom I get 20fps. I can play sacred 2 at 50+ fps on this machine. Anything that I can tweak to increase fps? Specs: i5 / Intel HD 4000 / 4gb Ram / Windows 7 64bit

I watched some videos of sacred then saw a seraphim do a flaring movaa on some kind of ledge which knockbqcked the goblins and pushed them off a cliff. Is this possible ingame? If yes I would all use chance for kmowback items xD

Hello! I have just found ouy about the past of Sacred. So this was supposed to be armalion right? I saw the trailer and I was beyond amazed!! Lots of content was cut from the final game (I also saw them saying that the game was about 76% finished before being cancelled) What I remember is: -there are male/female variations of heroes (but I found this boring as they are your stereotypical rpg heroes, the heroes we have now are far more uniquie imo) -the gameplay is a lot slower and it kinda looks like it would have been kinda final fantasy ish with the way they move to another area -ANIMATIONS WERE EXCELLENT!! THERE was a scene on the trailer where the glad and woodelf were trying to balance themselves on a pole whike trying to escape. Each of them has a different animation. Another clip showing the thief class pickpocketing an npc. Another one shows a dwarf sneaking behind the 2d walls of the houses. My fave one would be the two warriors climbing the walls of another building. Oh sacred could have been more fun :/ I also saw some pics and there are actually specufic death animations. When a giant kills you , they will lift you up and throw you. Another one I saw is a floating monster pulling the warrior away from her team mate. I would like to post pics but Im using my sh*tty android phone right now haha. Tl:dr I would have loved Sacred More if it has those animations back and wished it wasnt cancelled. But if it never got cancelled, we wont have the vampiress and the seraphim.... Discuss pls!! Are there any other sites that showcase Sacred 1.0? XD

Thanks guys! It might be that sacred is not compatible with windows 8? Tried everything and I can only get 30fps when medium zoomed. Well, thats the magic of it I think. I also agree with everyone here. The fantasy setting or charm of Sacred Uw is what makes ne want to play it,<3 I remembered the time I bought it and the clerk actually helped me install it. I was like "Is that an angel with twintails?" I was sold. XD

Hello! Im back lol Reinstallef sacred gold and also have fraps installed. Tried playing on max quality windowed mode and when Im super zoomed in I only get 30 fps , when Im half zoomed about 26 then when Im fully zoomed out, I get 10,- 15 fps Its kinda weird thought that I can play sacred 2 with no lag at all on med settings. Is therebsomething that can make the game run on 60fps? i3 / Intel hd 4000 / 2gb ran

MULTI HIT When using this CA I wonder why there is a higher chance to hit the opponents at her back. Also, this move only hits once when you are fighting 1 enemy. But when you get surrounded by enemies (6 or 7 as long as there is an enemy at the back) there is a chance that the enemies will be hit twice. Like, Whut? So the first hit would be from the sword and the next would be from the roundhouse kick. Very nice against those Huge orcs . -My Question: Does increasing the level of this CA also increases the radius? or is it fixed? For example I increased it to level 20, will I hit enemies far from me (About two steps)? HUNTER SEEKER Same with Multi hit. When the seraphim does the Animation (The part before she throws the weapon) I noticed that 1-3 enemies behind me are still getting hit by the sword. I LOL'd at the first time I saw that because I rarely hit any enemy in front of me yet I can hit lots of enemies at my back. Also, The more enemies you hit the more chances of hitting twice. For example: I hit an ORC far away from me, ORC starts running towards me, Before weapon goes back to my hand the ORC gets hit again. -My Question: How to increase hit chance and damage? (Aside from those in the wiki) P.S Whirling hit is fun when you (and the enemy) are in a corner. 7 Hit combo lol Thanks~! ~SevPOOTS

Playing Gold 2.28 now and I rarely use my horse. But Everytime I click the symbol for it (dont know the name) The Blue dot at the map always shows up running at me.

Restarted Sacred gold right now. It plays better than Sacred 2 and the Story, VOICE ACTING, animations and CAs are alot better. Plays at 60FPS too. I dont know, it's the first RPG I've ever finished and it doesnt get boring no matter how many times ive restarted lol I remember when I stumbled upon a SACRED Cd in a video game store. I asked the assistant there what kind of game this is. He said it's like diablo (which I've played and loved, but never finsihed due to cheating lol) . Bought it and installed. Then I Saw the seraphim. I fell in love with her pigtails lol. Been a fan ever since xD
