Spectral Hand Boosted by Tactics

I selected the Tactics skill for my shadow warrior and with gear it was at 5 pts or +25% damage.

 

Before picking the skill I looked at my F sheet for demonic blow and also spectral hand. After selecting tactics both demonic and spectral hand damage went way up on the F sheet. I can only guess the sheet is valid.

 

 

1 Astral Focus

2 Armor

3 Concentration

4 Tactics

 

5 Dual Wield

6 Blacksmithing

7 Enhanced Perception

8 Astral Lore

9 Ancient Magic

10 Constitution

 

As far as I can tell the only thing Astral Lore and Ancient Magic will affect is the Skel Fortifications?

It has been mentioned in another thread, and I am sure it should work this way :

spectral hand is only boosted by ancient magic and astral lord. Not tactics lore.

Because it is a spell based CA not a weapon - based (as is demonic blow).

Same goes for soldiers for example (no tactics lore in there).

If it is boosted , then it should be a bug.

Its either a display bug or it is 'truly' boosted by tactics lore... Technically it is a weapon attack, so maybe its not a bug. I mean sword lore with a sword equip means better % hit. And a sword doing 100 damage base does more spectral hand damage than the starting 20 damage eviscerator.

 

I am not surprised if it is true.
