I have the followers, and I'm expected to find some sort of evidence, but when I go to where the silver marker is, I can't get down as it's at the bottom of a steep hill and there is no updated information. Am I the only one having this problem or is it a glitch? Link to comment

I believe the location for this is actually below ground; try going into a dungeon and seeing whether the marker's placement then makes more sense. I'm not fussed about finishing the quest, I just want wanton or whatever his name is off my back because he's annoying me! Link to comment

Unfortunately finishing the quest is the only way to get rid of any 'henchmen' (at least until someone gets frustrated enough to build a character editor!). If you're underground in that little dungeon area in red that I posted the map of, and the quest hasn't updated...I'm afraid your outlook doesn't look good. Link to comment
