Help needed for Picture editing

Hey guys I need this picture edited real fast and I have no clue how to do it in PhotoShop.

 

heres what I need.

 

On this picture where the black X is

 

 

I need this picture placed there like a factory name banner call it what you will.

 

 

Oh and heres the factory picture with out the black X on it

 

 

I need this done for tomorrow so any help will be great.

It doesnt have to be perfect as your normal work schot even if its slapped on.

One thing I can tell you is that the tool to use is the Transform-->Perspective tool in photoshop.

Ok gave it my best. It doest look that real but for my first photo shop ever its not bad ether.

P.s.

There's just a tiiiiny bit of alignment needed on the left and bottom. Very tiny though.
