Looking for +Chance Double Hit % items

Hi all,

 

in addition to any Leech Life from Opponent + x% weapons I'm looking for,

 

I coul also need :

 

ANY weapons (ranged or 1handed) or other equipment that have :

 

 

Chance to inflict deep wounds + x%

 

 

Chance to inflict serious open wounds + x%

 

 

Chance to inflict deadly wounds + x%

 

 

Chance for Double Hits + x%

this one is on wiki, but not linked on the Item Modifiers section btw

 

(especially preferred any ranged like Arnum's Pathfinder or 1-handed weapon like Instrument of the Assasin):
