Wretch 0
Hello, I have only had game a few days but I was wondering if it would be possible to make a Shadow Warrior build that was mostly a front line fighter but also had the skeletal pets from Nether Allegiance that were effective. I was going to build it off of the Mace Madness build of The SW 2h mace madness build stats: 100% str Skills: Tactics Armour lore Hafted Weapon lore Dw focus Concentration Combat discipline Malev focus Constitution Combat Reflexes Toughness but I am not sure what to replace if anything. I don't want to become a caster I just would like a few mod points for Nether Allegiance because I think it looks cool and it fits with an undead warrior. If I replaced Malev focus with Astral Lord focus would I gimp myself as a melee character? So many choices in this game it can be confusing Link to comment
claudius 104
Don't take both hafted and dual wield. Only the unlockables from hafted will work the rest of hafted won't function with 2 weapons.. Tactics Armor Death Warrior Malevolent Dual Wield Concentration Toughness Astral Focus Astral Lore (this helps skeleton damage I think? if you take enhanced blades mod) Constitution Link to comment
gogoblender 3,069
Hi Wretch I've never made a Shadow Warrior Skellie build yet, but looking forward to it one day. Maybe your topic will bring up some fresh ideas for builders. Welcome to DarkMatters! gogo Link to comment
dreeft 9
Don't take both hafted and dual wield. Only the unlockables from hafted will work the rest of hafted won't function with 2 weapons..I'm pretty sure it's not Dual Wield, but Death Warrior Focus he is taking. I like Claudius' solution. You could swap Dual Wield for Hafted Weapon Lore and Astral Lore for Combat Reflexes if you wanted to. Another option would be to drop either Malevolent Champion or Death Warrior Focus. Whichever you are not using primarily. Tactics will let you put mod points into each of them, so drop the one with the most support spells (I'd probably suggest dropping MC). Then use a few more of the Astral Lord combat arts to justify taking AL Lore/Focus. I would suggest Spectral Hand & Skeletal Fortification (handy for mobs). This might be making you a bit too much of a caster though. Link to comment
