I think I have eaten 16 runs, currently level 21. How many will it take to get to 100% chance to not be detected? Should I eat that many now? I have currently kept it at my CA use without a penalty.

You should see 100% at around CA level 25. As to how soon you read them depends on how much regen penalty your build can tolerate.

Actually, the Silver modifier is needed to hit 100% at CA level 25. Otherwise, the CAL is very, very high without that modification.
