Hello need help - Anytime I eat a rune it won"t go past level 2

You prolly dont have Astral Lord Focus.

When you press "E" and check your CAs do they have a green circle around the level number? If they do, you are getting penalty hits for not having sufficient focus points for that aspect and it would take quite a few runes before the level would show up as 3. Also are you "eating" the runes by right clicking on them or accidentally holding CTRL and left clicking? Have you tried socketing the runes to see if the level changes?

I'm assuming you mean 20 and not 2. At level 1 your combat art without penalty is higher than 2 even without focus.

This sounds more likely than 2. I know on my HE (level 40) w/ Delphic Arcania focus at 20 and having +CA level items and having eaten 20 runes for Grand Invigoration it's at CA level 25.8 or something like that, w/o sufficient points in your Focus skill your CA level will only increase by .1 to .9 points per rune eaten, so you may have come to the point where your CA level is boosted beyond the Focus level.
