Just posted this :- Worst quest reward ever ? in S.I.F.

 

Wondered if anyone has had similar or even worse rewards from quests ?

Haha. Well, looked like you worked out how things work over here. Lol at the item though...I managed to pick up an Item and a Rusty Item the other day...neither have a picture in the inventory, but they can be equipped anywhere...I think they are the potion bottles the seraphim has on her waist...

 

Still, basket of fruit...maybe someone is saying your seraphim needs to slim down a bit

Hey, thanks for reply. Yeah, my small brain struggles to adept to the changes from one forum to the next !

 

Thorin explained on S.I.F. about the items. Aparently they were from a quest chain that was in beta, but got abandened. Sadly the items were not removed !

 

My seraphim getting fat ?!?! * She (Steve's seraphim ) jumps out of Dragon Brother's screen and wacks him around head with light sabre * Mwahaha !

I can understand why no one has every taken a picture of those 2 items, they are so repulsive that my immediate response is to sell them... but that is reaction from most quest rewards. Even boneslicer, but then I counted them recently and I have about 8 boneslicers now (probably more, I have 20 different characters... maybe I pay someone to sit there and list all my items one day)

I don't know if the screenies I posted on S.I.F. are any good to you ? I wouldn't know what else to do about making those pics and don't have any fancy software, tbh. But I'd be happy for you to use the screenies if you like them ?

Yeah...its not too bad once you work it out. All the nifty buttons do it for you...all you need is the image link or page link and click on the insert link or insert picture button and it adds it to the selected section for you...with img tags or link tags...handy stuff

Editing's a tiny bit differen from SIF...but I think Brad based a lot of the BBCode on SIF setup so the differences in formatting should be very small. As DB posted, we have a lot of very useful bb code buttons that help with making good posts with media and links to Sacred 2 info... you'll soon be our next post monster...

If you want to post pics stored on your pc to the forum, it's really pretty easy. Just get an account at photobucket (it's free). Once you've uploaded them, you can copy the url over to here. No software or anything needed.

Not entirely so... SOME forums have the ability to attach pictures directly. If you see the Attachment Manager at the bottom of the editor, you can attach a pic or something to a post. This thread doesn't have that feature enabled, however.

Yeah, I've seen that, but figured it was such a minority so not worth mentioning.

The rubbish dirk you get for killing the giant boar near Twainbrook always gets me (part of the hunters chain). The knife is meant to mark you as a hunter extraordinaire, but is always a rubbish (grey) item on PC, or non-starred item on console. Even kobolds carry better knives than these elite hunters. No wonder they need someone to escort their lady friend back to town with the ill gotten goods you've gathered for them...
