Is It Possible To Get Niobium Items In Other Difficulties?

I would have to say no. You can't make an item with a higher difficulty level drop in a lower level. But, it's entirely possible to get a SILVER Kira's Wall drop in Silver.

 

If you have access to a Niobium level character, and he's got a Niobium Kira's Wall, that character can stash it in the Shared chest and provided your Silver level character has a high enough level, you can use it in Silver. And that would be the crux of the problem. Silver goes from level 1 to 100. Niobium goes from 140 - 200+. By the time you got enough experience points in Silver to be able to use niobium level armor or weapons, you'd likely be finished with the game to the point where you won't need it.

Wolfie is correct. I'll just emphasise what he said, kira's wall, and infact anything, can drop in any difficulty with the mods on it scaled by said difficulty.

there is no such thing as Niob only. Kira's Wall drops on every difficulty. It is just a bit hard to find.

ok thanks, I was meaning that could I get it in the difficulty atall at any level, so thanks for clearing that up haven't been able to find one atall up till now will have to carry on looking

well.... generally, finding a tier 15 item such as Kira's Wall will initially take about 400 bosses (mainquest bosses/Dragons/Guardians) for one to drop.

 

After level 80, it seems to get a bit better, but still, alot of bosses need to be defeated. Finding a low level Kira is not very easy, and alot of luck is needed.

 

To increase your chances, Energy bosses have better chances of dropping one, so Farming Facettelion/Miasma/Guardians Egg, might increase your chances of dropping one.

And to add ONE more bit of advice to all of this.. Get Enhanced Perception and crank as many points into it as it will take. Also wear/socket as many "Chance to Find Valuables" amulets, rings and other gear as possible. The higher that factor is, the more likely better stuff - like Kira's Wall - will be to drop. There's NO guarantee that one will, BUT... The odds are somewhat better with a high EP and CtFV level.

in the close net, you can found some low level moster (level 19-) nearby Christmas Island at niob diffculty, so you have very small probability to get niob lv15 & lv20 set item, but no way to get kira's wall,it min level=50

 

in the single player mode, you can easyly to modify balance.txt & blueprint.txt make low level moster at niob diffculty to get any level niob item
