crowgrrrl 39 Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Hello to all. My name is Sarah, I'm 45 years old (*gasp* I just realized I'm probably the oldest one here lol). I'm currently playing on XBox360. Finished a Silver campaign some time ago and had started a Gold campaign, played other things for awhile and am now continuing that particular campaign. As we speak I am downloading Sacred 2 Gold, Yippee! Thanks to all of you who made it possible for us in the US to download. Much appreciated. I've always wanted to try the PC version and now I can. Not sure if I will be playing online at first. I would like to give it a try but being a complete noob to the PC version I'll probably wait a bit. I do have a quick question and feel stupid for asking since I saw the post last night and can't seem to find it this morning, arrrgggghhhhh! Would someone please give me the link to the correct install and patch order for Sacred 2 Gold. I would greatly appreciate it, can't believe I can't find it now...grrrrrrr. Right, Steve and folks? Hopefully this here link helps : Patches on wiki AFAIK you don't need to download all the patches, there should be some included on the Gold. I think I am finally comfortable with the controls now, and I may venture into MP play this weekend. I think that the game should come with all the necessary patches for Fallen Angel as one big patch, and then you should be able to install Ice and Blood over the top of that. We then have the Ice and Blood patches hosted on our server here at FDM: 2.64.0 => 2.65.1 2.65.1 => 2.65.2 Link to comment

My software engineer hubby had the last few downloads going when I got home. Install went off without a hitch, whew! Just have to get the resolution to the correct setting since our PC is hooked up to our widescreen. The pointer seems to be stuck on the bottom of the opening screen and having to hope I point the mouse at the right button without the pointer actually pointing is a tad frustrating. Got to the Options menu but without out the pointer to show the way it's pretty much hit or miss..lol. I'll make it work because I MUST play Sacred 2 Ice and Blood! Thanks again for the warm welcomes and download/patch links. (Furian, I'll look you up once I get be Sacred PC legs...lol I'm sure I'm gonna have some questions. Thank you for your kind offer.) I've got a quick question, one I haven't seen the answer to yet, but I'm sure it's here somewhere but can't find it. Exactly how many items can you put in your shared/personal hero chest? Our shared chest looks full, as in no blank spots to put anything else and I still have stuff I wanna put in there for my husband and I to use. Man, I am so missing the 1800+ hero chest in XBox...lol Link to comment

Heh, heh...True, but still it seems awfully small...lol..lol it should have tabs for weapons, etc. so you can have tons of each! Or does it somehow and I'm just being dense? Or does it somehow and I'm just being dense? This is really hard for a loot hoarder like myself. mhmm, being an item hoarder myself I can definitely relate after making the switch to PC. I hate the feeling of selling a rare item because what if I need it for something down the road? But such is life and the inventory lol. The chest has 2 tabs, one for personal storage and one for shared storage. If you need more room, you can make another character and call them Crowgrrl's Mule for example, and just use that characters personal storage chest as an item hoard. That way it doesn't take away from your current character, yet you can still store all the goodies on the mule character Link to comment
