So...is this weapon really that good? It's probably got one of the most interesting stat set ups I've seen...but what kind of build would benefit from this weapon?

It would probably work with any build - seeing how it boosts all of your attributes. The question that begs asking - is it any good against anything? After all, a sword's real purpose is to take your enemies and slice 'em and dice 'em and make julienne fries outta them. And I'm thinking it's OK... Not much to write home about. I think the level 150ish Deathblade I've been using has similar damage as a level 200 Magisil.
