Whats your current skill set at the moment?

Tactics
Malevolent
Dual
Concentration
Armor
Constitution
Damage Lore
Death Warrior
Toughness
Combat Discipline

All strength so far. Planning on switching that at 100 to strength/vitality split
12395 HPs, 507 RpS
Cause of plus skills, everything is at base 20 skill
I have been running for last two lvls three dual, one tough, one CD

My casting speed is at 142, so planning to hit the cap, change some socketing, hit the cap again, then re-prioritize
With Rousing Command/Killing Spree active, have had 150 for quite a while.
Not using buff suit at all.
Augmenting Guidion has regen mod, and is maxed at 50 (like all the other MC buffs), so have it for a backup to help.
With FR leech and natural, hit for about 105 leech per hit. Thirteen hit combo.
Death blow only 20 percent; my closest bargainer is at 38, so isn't much help.
Also when hit niobium will rearrange quite a bit, due to socketing bonanza available :xmastree:

And are you having regen/health/hit chance issues or anything?

Zero. Survival bonus is almost 88, so fighting guys in the mid nineties, but I use very little potions.
Only (slight) scare was with the big scorp when he brought out his buddies to help.
Rarely see my health bar move below 10 grand, so not worried.
Rarely use mentors yet; reason I can use them to greater utility in Niobium, so have almost 500 in inventory now.

I don't wanna paint myself into a corner I can't get out of bro.

Sounds pretty solid to me. Good thing about the SW, he's a tough cookie :)

Yeah he is bro.
The buffs make him pretty mighty.

Cool. :yay:
I'll keep y'all updated.

Made a quick fist-test using my other active SW as a template. Gotta say, he rocks in Gold. Had a few close calls with spitting spiders, though made it without using any pots.
Thanks for the great idea, JK! Gonna continue this later, hopefully with full Kanka's. (Boy, those are hard to find...)

Absolutely they are hard to find. I've only saw one piece so far, and I play pretty much :)
My first one is 88 in Niobium, and just about to try out some new LL% blades found.
His defense is monstrous, so killing level 118's pretty quick, considering no godly equipment yet.
He's strength, but I'm liking the dex guys better. Defense and Offense pumped at the same time :cow_white:

And there's more...
I got a dryad in Gold using dex weapons, looking for full Detheya's of course (five so far), and she's already using a LL%.
Based on the boss killing dryad, w a few twists.
And I'm gonna try out an Inquisitor w the LL% rippers, and run him GI only.

I'm telling ya, they're growing on me a whole lot :BlobRed:

Okay, I am suffering from curious myopia.
Wrote a punk type song like that long time back. Describes when people are focused on just one thing or way of doing something, and miss something that Captain Obvious is sure to point out at some point.

Started a new Shadow Warrior to perfect the build, and didn't have dual wield yet, so just used one (and a shield that auto equipped).
It's faster. Much faster.
Frenzied Rampage does a salvo of either seven or eight, from my ten minute test, so you're only losing two from the dual. It completes faster, probably 25 percent faster (more testing will confirm).

I'm sure most of you have some sorta sword and board FR shadow warrior. Try it yourself.

So...

In pure DPS terms, a claw and shield may be more dominant. With a lot more defense.

Also, since a claw spawns with LL%, a regular ole dual wielder could put it together w a claw and sword.

Captain Obvious has spoken

----

Alrighty.
Now I'm starting to unnerstand.
I'm fully testing before I release the results, but there is a BIG difference between different fist blades/knuckle dusters/talons.
If you view the animations (like I am currently testing) side by side, you can see the similarities and the differences.

One I've tested so far moves like a dagger, exactly.
Two I've tested so far move like a one handed sword, exactly.

I never noticed; I was dual wielding them by level five. No diff in animation speed regardless of which one used dual wielding.

This of course means that at least one is inherently faster than the others. That's a big deal.
The LL % ones may spawn on only some of them, which is also a big deal.

Fully testing; be back in a few days to report my findings. Unless someone tests them and tells us first :)

Long time not here, so was looking through some of the old posts, and figured I catch you up on this one DB

I finished Niobium on two of these fist weapon guys.

One was on Unrie, the dude I posted the plat guard vid on, and another.
You should be able to see the build I took on Unrie. It was diff than the build I posted here. I died once at 108 to three fire traps right before the guardians, but then took him back at 111 and killed the guardians in about five seconds a piece.
I had 5.6 leech percent, with dual wield maxed, and two combos a piece took em down.

I'll do a final write up on them very soon, including a comprehensive claw analysis.

I had no kind of problems with anything other than not paying attention really. As long as I was hitting, I was killing.
