Hell Hound Beats Mount + CM

Hell guys is me again asking n00b questions, as you guys can see I'm here to ask where can I find the vendor/quest/location for this mount I try to read the wiki but it doesn't really say where I can find this mount or unless I miss this somehow , I am currently level 24 w/out a mount and is becoming quite annoying walk form one side of the map to the other , so here I am asking for some help and maybe some one can point me to the right direction?

AFAIK, the only change in the CM patch was that all of the original mounts were made available again.
