Sinister Predator and Damage Listing

Sinister Predator tooltip has a bar for damage listed on it. Kind of like Battle Stance. The thing is that it never increases with CA level unlike Battle Stance. However taking combat discipline actually increases this number?

 

So my question is whether I am getting more damage to left click melee and hunting combat arts such as ravaged impact? I wonder if I should choose combat discipline as a priority to raise?

Hehe... learned something today Didn't know the damage bonus didn't raise. It's a godsend at level 1 when you open that chest and eat the SP rune, but that (not increasing by ca level) seems like a bug to me. Or not, because adding base damage to Dryad is very powerful (ask your friendly neighbourhood spidergirl).

 

Yeah, makes sense that CD increases that bonus, but that factor should not alter the priority of mastering CD.... seems like the rate of return is really low (since CD adds a % of the base, and the base is only 12).

Maybe I was wrong about adding combat arts to sinister predator. What I actually tested was that the tooltip for sinister predator was the same for my left click and the listing on the combat art tooltip. I don't know why I mixed up that conclusion I will have to test. I'll report back...

If I look at my left click damage with sinister predator not turned on it is the same as when it is turned on.
