is it possible to change the face of high elf, seraphim or dryad?

Nope with as much as I'd love advanced character customization, Your lucky you even get to choose a hair color =/

Wouldn't say it's entirely impossible, as there's so much new stuff added in form of CM-patch. Exclusive to PC-version, I'm afraid.

Mebbe someone more skilled in the modding field could shed more light into it.
