Partying up for Influence

morning folks!

 

For the influence bonus, if we're in a party, does that mean we have to be close to each other? I'm the lowest level in clan now, just wondering whether I should always ask to be in party whether I'm doing quests with everyone or not.

The wiki is not terribly clear on this. It states that a guild dungeon run earns double the per player Influence, but does mention other things. I would guess they have to do the same events together to get the extra Influence.

Interesting... so if the wiki's unclear about this... is there any disbenefits you can think of of having someone in a party while they are in difefrent locales?

 

If so, would good SOP be for me to party up with you guys, even if I'm not in your area?

Other than dungeons (which require a full party) I cannot see any major downside to partying-up even if you are not playing together. You would all share a chat channel and everyone would be invited to any personal stories, but nothing too serious.

We could even come join you from time to time... personally I prefer to play with others rather then by myself most of the time (unless Im more afk then not)
