2H Energy Weapons Rarity!?

Is it me, or is it that blue quality or better (2 Star) just drops way less than any other weapon in the game. At lower levels you can easily bargain a 2 Star one with 2 gem slots and a bronze slot, but as far as drops... seems super rare.!

I haven't paid attention to 2h verses other drops. I have noticed that I get better drops as %map discovered increases and that magic find on items and enhanced perception also help with drop rate.

I dunno.. I seem to come up with one every so often. Since I don't usually use them, I don't think I've ever paid attention.

 

Then again, my results wouldn't be useful to you anyhow since I play on the PC and have the Ice and Blood expansion. Which means it probably doesn't have the same drop rates.

Sometimes I think the game knows what you're looking for and purposely makes those drops rarer... Curse those Psychologists!

 

I frequently come across them with my Seraphims (2 and 3 star versions), but less so with my HEs and SWs.

REALLY, didn't even know there were 3 star versions!

 

Well my seraphim is going to adopt a lil of your build with EP and Bargaining emplimented in her build, I'll see what I get leveling her.

Unireth's Lightning is one I remember from the top of my head. Can't really remember if there was one more, but I remember using Unireth few times with either Seraphim or Inquisitor.

Energy weapons are not totally rare, I'd even say that that blowguns are rarer.

 

One fun thing to do with the big lasers is a Shadow Warrior and spamming FR with one. Machine-gun energy weapons, FTW!
