Hello!  It is certainly possible, by restoring the original spell entry in spells.txt, the icons in the graphics.zip file, and the text within global.res.  However I currently have no plans to do so at this time.

Hey, this has probably been answered but I can't find it - how can I turn off the visual elemental effects on the handles of lightsabers? It is useful but I think I'd rather see the handle itself as it was in vanilla and in the CM patch.

I absolutely love the rest of the EE mod so I don't want to go back to just using the CM patch. :)

The ability to show the FX is built into the handles of the new models.  There's no easy way to turn that off.  You could delete all the lightsaber models from graphics26.zip\models\weapons\1h\ but then you'd also have to edit itemtype.txt and change the models back to the vanilla models in each lightsaber itemtype entry.

Hmm, that doesn't sound too complicated... then again, the new models are pretty cool... Ok, thanks, I'll think about it. :)

You can read about the new mini-sets in this post:

They typically begin dropping between level 15-25, and will drop thereafter every 10, 12, or 15 levels, on any difficulty level.

Hello. I'm not currently working on any new updates to Enhanced Edition, so I would say you may as well play it now.  I have a small list of minor bugs and possible new content (restored quests) but I have no planned timeframe for a release.

yeach, I play this like every day. But, Unfortunately, I noticed a lot of bugs that can be fixed in the new version, especially bugs with NPCs in quests with their protection.  Also, after playing the game for the inquisitor, he noticed that the double does not use half of the skills of the school to which he has access for pumping

I believe this is a problem with the vanilla game that I'm unable to fix due to the Doppelganger A.I.

Can you elaborate on this some more please? Do you mean escort quests where the player must protect NPCs from harm?  What seems to be the trouble?

some NPCs have infinite lives and some fall off in a couple of hits.  especially in challenge fashion

just as infuriates that the same double normally handles only swords and clubs.  with staffs, pistols, he's just helpless

I have a quick question. Started this gem of a game again, of course with all the fixes (cm+ee) from here. But the shadows on the character models flicker like crazy (and only there).... is there a solution for this?

I have an other quick question: My very first quest was 'kill 5 bandits on the road' from a Soldier... After completing the quest, I can not get my reward from him.... I wonder that I detect a questbug in just 3 minutes after launching the game+cm160+ee3.0 the first time. Is there something wrong with my installation or is it known?

That's not a bug, you just have to turn the quest to another guard in the first big town, where the main quest also leads. Open the Log book (press L) where all the quests are and click on this particular quest - it will update the exact location of the target on the map.

oops how embarrassing from me, you're right. I assumed that the one who gives me the quest also gives me the reward, sorry.

Hi everyone! I am glad to join!

Help me please, I want to disable the respawn of mobs after my death and changing location

 

and I would like to know about reward at higher difficulty levels.(gold, platinum etc). will experience with mobs increase? will the drop be better?

 

at what level of the character is the transition to gold, platinum and niobium supposed?

I did install the new patch but I am not sure where the changelog is. Last time I played it was EE 2.4 for me ... so ... I am lagging a bit.

The one change taht struck me so far is the divine spell cooldown have been increased to 900 seconds.  I am curious to what has prompted that change ( Demon too powerful?). 

I wish I had know that before I started my new "Aikido" build themed around reflect damage. I'll adapt no worries but I am curious to see the changelog in order to see what can of build strategy I can go towards to.
