Popular Post gogoblender 3,069
We had some painters over here working on the kitchen and roof. Instead of Pizza or the regular Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons...opted for a something a little cooler and still often-serendipitous Leche And believe it or not, they usually sell out all their stock by afternoons. More than 50 kinds, and not so far from me Yah, they got bacon maple gogo 2 Link to comment

Are they kind of like a dunkin donuts on roids? Reason I liked Lech cuz it had kind of a gourmet feel about it, and tucked away in a factory in a very old, classically poor part of Montreal that is undergoing serious gentrification gave it uber cooled status, specially as I finally got to it! gogo 2 Link to comment
chattius 2,524
They serve no Apfelstrudel, apple strudel, or however it is called in english ? A very thin dough is wrapped around pieces from sour apples and sometimes raisins or other fruits. The darkkitchen variant would be with sauerkraut and raisins 1 Link to comment
gogoblender 3,069
the dark kitchen sounds good! though im not such a huge fan of raisins...the effort for personalizing wins yummy points gogo Link to comment
claudius 104
Krispey creme was just unbelievable at first just tasted so yummy. They did change their recipe but they are still good. I like glazed fried donuts a lot more than cake donuts. One of the best things about them is they have a neon sign that lights up 'hot fresh donuts' when the donuts are hot out of the fryer and you can see that sign and pull up and devour. 1 Link to comment

LilaGrey 56
This is a giant donut-cake, a typical dessert (a easter dish, I think) of my region (emilia-romagna, Italy). In italy, donuts are called "ciambelle", and they are a bit different of yours... 1 Link to comment
