what error gives to you when it crashes to desktop?

win10 was just released so you may find some bugs, I recommend you to install win7 for games in a separate disk partition and use win10 for the rest

I hope you're able to get some help with this Voty, as Daniat says, Windows 10 is so fresh... in fact I haven't even had it offered as a download in my area

Good luck, and welcome to DarkMatters!

Can't find a better place to go for Sacred and Sacred 2 help. :) Welcome aboard!

While I'm in here, I've had some problems with the screensaver option not working. My computer will sit overnight or longer without the screensaver or the power options kicking in. Anyone have any suggestions for that?

I never had problems with that, but my guess is that something is keeping your OS active, like a wireless mouse, a program can also prevent your system go inactive. Try reinstall/uninstall everything you have new since you experience this, or simply remove external devices like mouse, printer, second monitor from your computer, set timer to 5-10 min and check what happens
