Hi guys,

 

I recently bought Sacred Plus+, but I am having troubles to start it.

 

Everytime o try, I get this message:

"Fatal Error: Internal Error. Driver NOT Loaded yet. Contact Henrik!!!"

I got windows 8, and the game is original.

[I have allready tested with to run as Admin, nothing happened]

Do you have a chance to try out the game on XP or Windows 7?

I still have a copy of Sacred Plus+ which I ordered from the UK. I haven't had it installed for years, so can't help you there.

 

What I can suggest is springing for a little bit of cash for a whole lot of relief.GoG offers Sacred Gold at huge discounts if you watch them close enough. Right now it's $9.99 USD but I've seen it for less than $3.

 

In fact, we have a topic in here somewhere that periodically gets bumped when the GoG prices drop or Sacred 2 goes on sale somewhere else.

 

The last price discount was $7.48 for both Sacred Gold and Sacred 2 Gold.

That is a weird error message....to me it almost sounded like one of the 'silly messages' you get when loading game (Never seen an error message also ask you to contact someone). Have you tried running it in 'XP compatibility' mode?

From what I've read, the original game will not run on Win 7 or higher. Though if you also have the expansion, it should work (per second thread linked)
