Copy of S2RW.exe or Similar Still Available - ?

Does anyone from the modding side of things know where I can download a copy of S2RW.exe or S2rw.v1.7 (the Russian .res file reader for Sacred 2)? ...or is there a similar utility somewhere? - I remember Flix mentioning a publicly available global.res decoder in one of their posts, but I have not been able to locate that file, either (and resHacker, etc. don't work with Sacred 2 .res files).

Please also accept my apologies if this is something we are not supposed to talk about on the forum (I have noticed that copies of the file for download seem to have disappeared from everywhere, including the Russian, Chinese and Japanese file sites).
