chattius 2,525
The Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons (German: ''Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien'' or BPjM) is an upper-level German federal agency subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. It is responsible for examining media works allegedly harmful to young people and entering these onto an official list – a process known as Indizierung (indexing) in German. The decision to index a work has a variety of legal implications. It seems an early prelease of the Romance Addon was evaluated by the BPjM. Because of the bancruptcy of the company it was never asked what the result of the evaluation was. It wasn't a part of the deal with the new buyer and so it stayed unnoticed in the BPjM archives all the time. Bureaucrazy at it's best... 1 Link to comment

chattius 2,525
Ascaron always placed an april joke in their forums so I decided to keep up the tradition. But it gets harder and harder to find something people may believe. 1 Link to comment
