Now I'm back to working again, I somehow lack the time  to play many games. :dntknw:

So I won't post the list of all the games I've been playing in the last couple of months. Instead I'll stick to the ones I've been playing since I'm working again.

Basically those are:
- Sacred 2 (because although I got chars in Niob, I haven't finished the Niob Campaign yet);

- Wurm Online (the older version of Wurm Unlimited someone mentioned here)

- Foundation (A great city builder in wich villagers got quite some freedom)

- Baldurs Gate (Making me wonder why I never bought it before, considering its age)

- Sacred: Underworld (When visiting my parents and because not many other games run at my laptop).

As for the latter, I started a new Gladiator, moved him into Silver when reaching level 6 and already managed to get him killed twice. :twitch:

Once at the infamous invested Goblin Lawn, once when facing 6 Orc Archers, a bunch of Goblin Shamen summoning too many Goblins and a few Goblin Champs.

It also showed that Sacred: Underworld is a lot harder as Sacred 2, considering you don't have a shared stash, so (almost) no chance to exchange set-items between chars. Oh well, I'm still having fun with the game and I may consider starting a Canon - Flamethrower Dwarf next time I'm visiting my parents, as those are a lot more fun.

Baldur's Gate; I saw in my news feet that the third game is under development.

Ahhh, ye good ole Baldur's Gate... my cousin plays that religiously still ...late late late at night when all his family's asleep... though I do think he's more in love with relentlessly dicing potential charactars over and over for hours on end!!

Its dungeon & dragons online.
Its hmm ruleset 4 or so, D&D.
In my mind best multiclass build game made ever, I spend 10 years there on and off since level 10 was the level cap.
Bad its singlecore gameengine. Oh and hardcore server are P2P only.

I got a level 6 favored soul, specialist healer type / light caster( Angel off vengence ).
And a bard level 7 CC specialist. ( Spell singer ).
All classes got 3 subclass hmm enhancement system that you can mix or go pure, depending on how you spend your points.
Yes theres a high chance to gimp yourself, if you dont know what your doing , especially if multiclassing,
It doesnt have PVP, so no classes are really nerfed to oblivion - some classes / multiclass are just stupid strong for some things.
Like a turn cleric against undeads ( radiant servant ).
level 20 is normal cap, then comes epic level from 21 to 30.

So far I killed my bard 1 time at level 6.
Then I rerolled, since healing songs are needed for some quests on elite or reaper mode.
I dont solo, I always run with my discord community or old DDO friends.
No I never PUG, some people are just hmm not great to run with in a hardcore game.

p.s:
DDO are F2P, with hmm alot off expansions to grind, nevest are only to buy for money rest can be grinded - but takes years.
I got 90 % off all expansions for store points.
I subbed for this game for 9 years in row.

Troubadix level 30 bard ( warchanter ) cc + dps. life 4.
Wixen singer level 30 bard ( swash buckler ) cc + trash tank. life 4.
dingelink klonk level 12 bard ( spell singer )cc + caster. life 2.
Udgaars valkyrie purple dragon knight level 28 ( stalward defender ) main tank for raiding. first life.
Dmolisher level 26 cleric ( radiant servant ) healer + turn undead. life 4.
Dmolishertoo level 27 -> 1 level monk + 1 level rogue + 18 level ranger ( tempest 3), dual weap build + handwrap cleave build. life 2.

bad in old server are so many like me have atleast 1 time completionist boosts and race completionist boosts and epic completionist boost.
Meaning most stuff including nevest raid can be 2 manned by us on highest difficulty, so not many does party on thelanis.
And it gets boring soloing stuff in a multiplayer game ...
Get to level 20 then reincarnate to other class, rinse repeat 16 times, times 3 for true completionist.
Then reincarnate to get all races done, and do it 3 times for true race completionist.
Then get 30 and epic tr, run from 20 to 30 while recapping epic deeds, do that 9 times times 3. for true epic completionist.
Ya theres a reason I got distracted alot by ddo, hehe.

I downloaded the game.  The ingame footage is good, and I love how well structured it is.  Maybe I'll ask my cousin about this. He's playing on some weekends with some older friends over the phone table D and D

I have some problems with my Laptops graphics at the moment... some games do not want to start loading. The initial start up "process" begins, and then it just returns to my Desktop, and the game has quit... but surprisingly, Sacred 2 still works perfectly. I have leveled 4 of my characters up with a few levels, and I am even considering starting a new Seraphim... I have (almost always) taken sword weapons and duel wield both as skills, but taking the one, kinda cancels out the need for the other one, to a certain extent. So I want to take tactics lore, and then once I have 5 points, get dual wield... I am still contemplating it and all that jazz...

I am sure it is.

I was having trouble with Age of Mythology that did not want to play random maps, only played the campaign. The Age Of Forum recommended that I update my graphics driver and after that all the games does not load up... I am not to sure how to fix that though... I do not know where to get the "old" graphics drivers...

I played age of mithology  with the cd version for billions of hours, and some months ago I bought it on steam. I didn't have problems, but I saw some steam topics on that bug. It seems that it's an issues of drivers, compatibility, or directX. I use the win7 compatibility mode. Also, sometimes bugs disappear if you uninstall akd reinstall the game (but its quite annoying to do so).

Always had in my periphery Microsoft's "Mythology" but never had the chance to get my hands on it, or was very expensive during that time... maybe a speedy and affordable download from Steam I'll have a nice game for vacation

I have been playing The Witcher 3 Game of the Year Edition for over 500 hours now and I cannot say enough good things about it. @Flix - It would be something that I believe you would like; one may play by oneself, single-player, without having to play online. The visuals are so spectacularly realistic that it's as if one is watching a movie. It's an enormous open world with some scripted videos that play during parts of main quests. Above is a recent video which I uploaded to Youtube.

Outstanding realism! I'm holding out for upgrading my computer for Diablo 4...but seeing friends here playing a game like this with so much satisfaction is a great teaser... you must be up late night with lots of coffee Hooyaah.

My friend, The Witcher trilogy are my favorite games of all time.  I play through them every year or so, as you can import your saves from one game to the next and continue on with "your" Geralt.  In fact, since the new Witcher TV series is airing next month, it might be about time for my next playthrough.

I really don't have enough praise for the series, and the third game in particular is a masterpiece.  It ticks every box in what I want from a game.  The feeling on finishing it is that beautiful ache of finishing a fantastic book.

I of course have gone deep down the rabbit hole with mods, you yourself may want to poke around on the Nexus and see what tickles your fancy.

I have added a plethora of mods from the Nexus as well. I disabled a few recently, because after so many were employed, my game would just freeze and crash on occasion. I had acquired TW2 when a friendly fellow gifted it to me (here in a thread DarkMatters) some years ago. Yet, not knowing what I had, I have never played it. So now, it would seem that I need to start with it and when it ends import my save to TW3 as you mentioned; by the way, thank you for the tip kind sir. It's true, as you mentioned, that ending this enchanting game is bittersweet, as it is after absorbing the last delicious lines from an irresistible tome. Forsooth, I just want to relive it all over again, yet somehow I shall write some parts a trifle differently each time. That exquisite capability is one of the many alluring aspects that makes this series so very rich, a treasured possession to fabricate after ones own whim and fancy.

Freaking Wordscapes! And then there's Wordscapes Uncrossed, Wordscapes In Bloom. I discovered those little devils while in the waiting room at my son's physical therapy. So, that's cool, right? A fun little half-hour time killer. Only it didn't stop there. Games don't interfere with my real world hobbies or obligations, but Wordscapes interfered with pc gaming time. You know how it goes; "Fallout 4 got a new quest mod, totally excited about that..... but just gotta get through this level". And then you get on a roll, and the next thng you know, you've used up your whole allotted gaming time by playing a damned little crossword game on your phone. Darn you, Wordscapes!

No, it's fun. But the little crap trips me up, like DOC. I'll be zooming along, until I get to ones like those, and think "alright, I've got a three letter space left, all I haven't tried is D-O-C, but doc isn't a word!" No, but it's an abbreviation. So, then I wonder how something so simple could have tripped me up for like five minutes. That is the first iphone game to make me feel simultaneously smart and stupid.

OOOH Wordscapes! I played that daily for months! Nowadays, only occasionally. I think I still have some 10000 gold I haven't used because I really try to solve the puzzles without using hints. And this game in particular is one I won't forget since it's the only game I've won internationally. They hold 2-3-day-tournaments in-game regularly and being included in the Top 10 is very doable especially when you have lots of time to spare. Generally, it's just a mini-game but it's so relaxing it's hard to get over with.
