Mod proposal

So I'm not a modder nor do I have the capacity to do what I'm going to propose, but the idea has been on the back of my mind for a few days. I might as well put it in writing. 

Has anyone ever considered making a mod for Sacred 2 based on survival horror video games? I look at the Blood Forest and it's already pretty creepy, but I can imagine it being turned into a sort of Racoon City type area with creatures modded around games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Dead Space. I just have no idea if it's even possible, but I think it could be fun. Anyway, it's in writing now.

Not gifted meself to be a modder either but put those two words Racoon City and Silent Hill together and for me at least you've piqued me interest.   What happened to Sacred's Gore Feature... it it cut out completely or is it employable at all for something like this ? Possible for those neck gouting blood bursts from the original game to be featured?

I can tell you that there's plenty of gore in D2F, so it's not like it isn't possible to have gibs in the game.

You could make pretty any enemy explode into gore upon death, you just have to set the "has corpse" flag to 0 in their creatures.txt entry.
