Which research affects specific ships's speeds?

hey guys

 

I just found out today that I can pick from a slew of techs...can someone please put up here a list of the ships and which researches fer speed will increase them?

lol, don't wanna choose the wrong research.

I love upgrading those!

 

Combustion engine increases by 10%-Light fighters, Heavy fighters, Probes, Recyclers, Colony ships, and Large Cargoes

 

Impulse engine increases: Cruisers, Small Cargoes(after impulse level 5), Bombers(until u reach hyperspace engine 8)

 

Hyperspace engine increase: Battleships, Destroyers, RIPs, Bombers(hyper engine 8 and up)

impulse adds 20%

hyperspace adds 30%

Impulse also affects IPM's range.

 

Formula for IPM range is:

range=(Impulse_level*2)-1
