(Response: I don't know of an easy way to compile them all but one could use the manual approach. Then, a word file could be created. At the start of each new page the one of us who was keeping the file updated could post it on the new page by dragging the file into one of the first posts. After the story is complete we could publish it and split the profit of the book's sales.)
