I've been trying to make an avatar of the Imp, but it turns out too big

 

It still has a fun animation

It's an awesome looking avatar. Just noticed it four mins ago before you made this post and pointed it out to Schot. Maybe he can help with the file resizing.

The thing contains around 160 frames, no way we can bring it lower than ~400KB without making it look like crap

Oh I completely missed this one trust. If you can upload a new video showing the full cycle of the animation I can see what I might be able to do with it for you.

 

Though you did do a very nice job of your avatar. When I first saw it I thought it was really cool!
