Sinister Predator for Melee Dryad...almost useless?

Can someone pitch me on it's utility for a melee dryad?

 

The only reason I have it running is to get the heads for the extra def and spell resistance that I can stick a head into ^^

 

 

 

She's not using ranged at all, and so far I can't seem to see any changes at all with sin pred running, unless I opt for gold mod...and regens aren't a problem for the Darting Assault

It says only for ranged weapons the attack rating for example so for melee is useless I think too.

That's what I was thinking. And so far shows me that only gold mod has any use.

 

Too bad... it's like I've only got one buff on this build

It does I set it 1-1-1

Or 1-1-2

 

Made my R.I.P series hit wery good - but I gave up that series for now.

 

I tested on around 20 total rip series - and it work.

And eat alot of runes keep it maxed.

Unless 0.40 changed it by the way - didnt check that been busy hunting new minis and finding more bugged quests.

 

P.S. all tooltips for Sacred 2 are crappy or worse & say rubbish.

Make a test char - dont trust da tips they lie or mislead you. Or hold good reverse builds back from your exelent mind .

 

Ancaron dont take into mind peops like me exist, making melle of ranged chars. Or epox making melee of magic char.

Thats some of the tooltip isue & bad translation is probably rest ROFL.

I just went to a plat toon now with level 100.3 Sin Pred that is modded. I can now see the CTH increasing, but not the Attack Rate...I guess this is because the Anti Evasion of the buff?

 

It's a great increase though, I'm gonna start eating more runes right away, and will also use the mods you listed.

I also checked the Attack Speed...There is an increase in sigma, but not in tool tip for the weapon in inventory key.

 

Are you convinced that Sin Pred increases Attack Speed for melee? (please say yes! )

 

Attack speed so far is coming from the DW Lore...and I'm considering giving up a socket to increase it...or reroll my level 66 dryad and choose third mod for Acute which can increase Attack Speed...have you taken that mod...does it really increase Attack Speed of melee weps... or another bad tooltip?

Sinister dont help much, exept crits, after 0, 40. It helps but not as good as before, no attack speed increace.

You need max DW if you want better hit %.

Dmol, do the Crit & -evade mods still work with melee in 2.40?

 

Gogo, you may find that the +AS mod is on the sigma screen as +Ranged AS.
