  1. The inquisitor's top melee CAs are Callous Execution and ruthless mutilation. I use Callous Execution as my main attack. Also, the magic of these two arts is that they work really well for melee OR ranged. Ruthless is especially great in ranged - your projectile will split and hit many enemies at once. Astute supremacy has some great arts too - Levin array as previously mentioned, but also Clustering Maelstrom, but I only found it effective once I modded it. These two arts put in a combo button are awesome. I'm currently playing a melee based inquisitor and am in platinum at level 58. I've only died once due to the fog of miasma bug (insta-killed me when I was in silver), and this is my 2nd Inquisitor. The big problem that often comes up is killing bosses, specially if you rely on Soul Reaver buff - this is where Callous Execution comes in. Properly modded it can make a big difference for bosses. I found the stun mod particularly effective. Also don't forget some good debuffs in the Nefarious tree such as dislodged spirit.
  2. Xbox gamer tag: JorlenX I don't have much playtime, but I'm getting a little tired of solo. I'm 29 and just looking for some easy going folks to kill stuff with, kill bosses, etc. Mature technical players are most welcome! So if I'm in your character range and you're playing gold or higher difficulty, add me and when we're online at the same time, we can co-op. Currently this is the only character I'm playing: Level 58 Inquisitor (Shadow campaign - PLATINUM difficulty level)
  3. Alright, sounds good man, thanks for the quick reply!
  4. Well, for melee, look no further than Callous Execution (in the Gruesome tree). I would be useless against bosses without this skill. I've modded it to cause bleed damage, to stun and to crit more often. I keep it at a low regen rate and use plenty of -chance for monster to evade items so that it lands as much as possible. I also try and maintain a 40-50% deathblow, one of the most powerful item mods I've personally found. Ruthless Mutilation is also a great skill to hit multiple enemies at once. In the Astute Supremacy tree, you have Clustering Maelstrom which is essentially a black hole that pulls enemies inside it. Modded properly, it can be used to kill massive groups of enemies at once. My trick is to use the Astute tree for multiples, and for bosses / tough champs, I use Callous Execution along with Dislodged Spirit (debuff) and also frenetic fervor (haste, chance to hit, etc). Inquisitors also have great combo potentials - you can combo Clustering Maelstrom and Levin array together for example; this will cluster the group of enemies, damage them and apply levin array to them as well. For a debuff, if you mod mortifying pillory to reduce enemy defense and rune it high enough, it combos really well with dislodged spirit.
  5. Yeah I'm hoping to see Ascaron release some console DLC apart from the imp (which I bought and use all the time). Some content would be great. I know that they're working on an expansion for the PC version, and it's safe to say that if all goes well, it will be ported (eventually) to the consoles. In the meanwhile though, I'd love to see some small content DLCs, like additional quest lines, maybe some challenging 4-star equipment quests, etc.
  6. Hey guys! Wanted to say hi and thank everyone involved in the Sacred 2 wiki as well, it's been a big help in learning for this awesome game. Question about the clan - do you have any xbox 360 / console players, or is it mainly setup for PC players? Thanks!
  7. I decided on simply choosing duel wield and no other weapon skill (I.e. sword, hafted) because quite frankly, I'd rather save the additional skill slot for another useful skill. The only point of getting an additional weapon-based skill after duel wield is to unlock the additional effect on weapons, and that to me isn't worth a skill slot. Plus, with only duel wield, I can use ANY 1h weapon I find and mix em all up rather than limiting myself to only certain 1h weapon styles.
