just top clear up probe raiding was "disabled" because probes were never ment to be used to steal resources and because the script kiddies were abusing them *goes back to lurking*

possiably <_< this accoutn had crap planet fields 1 moon no fleet and was vacced + inactive since the previous owner was crashed cant remember who it was on the TLA board who said it used to be theirs <_<

no once the extra fields has been built its there to stay (though there is an occation display bug where it dissapears, but goign into resources and clicking calculate a few times usually brings it back )

different people work to different ratio I work to a loose ratio something like: 10 LFs 5 HFs 2 cruisers 1 battleship 2 rec .5 destroyers .5 battlecruisers and atleast 1 RIP plus small cargos (once past impulse 5 they are very handy for raiding) large cargos, probes etc

oh yes.! cruisers are an integeral part of a fleet IMO ALL ships are worth it personally none of the ships are useless and all do an important part if you have a balanced fleet design (something which is a lot better then just emassing one type of ships) because each ship has a different advantage against another (rapid fire)

its true that in some of the real older (im talking older then .org is) did get a few extra fields. but when you get low on fields IMO you need to: deconstruct any research lab you may have aswell as all but a few levels of storage making sure that the ress is shipped out to moons / other planets before the storage maxes out the same can be said for teh missile silos... dont have anymore then you need edit: terraformers are also handy but unless you have quite high defence, then getting to higher then level 4 is hard because of the energy required...

really you should only keep colonies that are atleast 200 fields in total sure those that are around the size of your main could be acceptiable for a while... but when you get into the later stages of the game where your mines levels are in the 30's, you lave level 12 shipyards, high nanis, research labs and storage you start to run out of room

I havnt tried for a moon in this uni (though the small account im working with atm came with one moon <some in TLA will know what account I have and who I am there > but in other unis: uni1: I originally got a small 5k moon when a neighbour suicided into one of my small fleets (this was VERY early on ingame... meaning moons were VERY rare... I think I was in the first 10 to get one...) <yes I have been here far to long >_<> but alas an ex friend destroyed that... (I was the 2nd person to lose a moon >_<) after that it took me 30+ moon shots to get my "first" one then I think about 15 more or so in total to get the other 3 uni8 before I left: the account also came with 1 moon, but was nearly as bad as this uni9 acc was to start.. (all but one planet in the same system, all but 2 of them tiny fields) after killing and relocating all but 2 of them it took me about... 15 I guess attempts to get the 4 new moons that I gained for that account though I recently gave that account back to the alliance for personal reasons

thanks all and I have bene doign take kwon do since I was 11 (im nearly 20 now >_>) though during that time I've had a few "breaks" 2 for injury (shattered toe and smashed in teeth), one for moving from cornwall to east sussex (I restarted after that) and a period of not grading for about 2 years because I was a little >_> depressed so really, I should be a 1st or 2nd degree black belt by now >.<
